Drones~

Drones are your helpers in battles. They boost your stats, enhance supplies and help in many other ways. They can be purchased with crystals in the Garage in the “Drones” section. You are also able to upgrade them in order to make their effects stronger.

How to get a drone?

The first tiers of drones are unlocked as from the rank of Sergeant. Once you reach this specific rank, you will unlock a "Drones" tab which is located between the Hulls and Protection tabs. Once there, you will find all the available drones, just select the one(s) you prefer and purchase them using Crystals. More drones are unlocked as you progress in the game.

What are Batteries?

The batteries are consumables that are the unique power source of the Drone, without them, your drone cannot work, even if you've equipped your tank with it. Batteries will be used automatically every time you have a drone equipped. All drones consume one battery per minute so use them wisely!

Batteries can be purchased just like other supplies (except Goldboxes) for 300 crystals each, and Batteries can be purchased in Special Offers, at the Showcase of HTML5 and Mobile version of the game, with discounted price offered by Crystals and Tankoins. There are located on the far right side of the GoldBox Supply. Batteries are also obtainable through Daily Missions, normal and weekly containers.

How to use the drones in Battles?

The procedure is easier than you think. Just do as follows,

Go to the Garage
Move to the drones tab and purchase one of the available drones
Equip it to your tank
Make sure you have enough of batteries, otherwise, your drone will not work
Exit the garage and Play

Note: To Stop using the drone you need to go in the garage and unequip it. This will also stop the consumption of batteries.

Drones and their effects~

Drones are classified into three major types: Assault - who help out with attacking; Defensive - who help out with defense; and lastly, Support drones - who will support a player in many situations.

Basic Drones:

1. Brutus

Price: 1000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Sergeant
Effect: Gives additional protection and damage bonus from 1% to 10% when active. The bonus granted depends on the upgrade level.

Assault Drones:

1. Assault

Price: 20 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Warrant Officier 1

Effect: After destroying enemy tanks, prolongs the effect on all active supplies.

2. Driver

Price: 50 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Warrant Officer 5

Effect: Speeds up Overdrive recharge time while destroying tanks.

3. Sprinter

Price: 90 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Captain

Effect: After picking up the flag, the ball or capturing a control point gives the effect of Double Damage, Double Armor and Speed Boost for a short time and repairs the tank.

4. Booster

Price: 140 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Brigadier

Effect: After using Double Damage increases the effect for a short time.

5. Blaster

Price: 200 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Marshal

Effect: Blows up the tank after its destruction or self-destruct, damaging all nearby enemies.

6. Hyperion

Price: 320 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Legend

Effect: Eliminates smart cooldowns and decreases cool down for double armour, double damage and speed boost (based on upgrade level).

Defensive Drones:

1. Trooper

Price: 20 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Warrant Officer 1

Effect: After spawning, applies to your tank the effects of Double Damage, Double Armor and Speed Boost for a short time.

2. Miner

Price: 50 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Warrant Officer 5

Effect: Allows for a certain number of mines to survive after the owner’s tank was destroyed.

3. Defender

Price: 90 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Captain

Effect: After activating Double Armor increases the effect for a short time.

4. Lifeguard

Price: 140 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Brigadier

Effect: After receiving fatal damage, protects the tank from destruction and instantly repairs it.

5. Saboteur

Price: 200 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Marshal

Effect: After placing a mine will also place several additional mines around the spot.

Support Drones:

1. Mechanic

Price: 20 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Warrant Officer 1

Effect: Grants an additional bonus to instant repair effect and expand the effect to nearby allies after using a Repair Kit.

2. Engineer

Price: 50 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Warrant Officer 5

Effect: Prolongs the active time of the supplies picked up on the map.

3. Supplier

Price: 50 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Warrant Officer 5

Effect: Prolongs the active time of the supplies Double Damage, Double Armor and Speed Boost, and also “shares” the effect of activated supplies with nearby allies.

4. Trickster

Price: 140 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Brigadier

Effect: After activating Speed Boost cancels the reload on all other supplies and shares this effect with nearby allies.

5. Camper

Price: 200 000 Crystals

Rank Unlocked: Marshal

Effect: Speeds up the recharge time of supplies when the tank is at full health.

Special Drones:

1. Crisis

Price: N/A

Rank Unlocked: Recruit

Effect: This drone allows for significant decreases in the cool-down of supplies, and boosts the effects of the active supply. To ensure this drone is not overpowered, however, the user can only have one of the following supplies active at any given time:

Double Armor
Double Damage
Speed Boost

Note: This drone cannot be acquired for crystals; it can be only be obtained from Ultra Containers.
